LXP’s Executive Leadership Training provides intensive servant leadership training for those already in the workforce who seek to take their leadership to a higher level by learning how to more effectively serve and lift the lives of the others under their sphere of influence. ELT provides you a unique opportunity to review the foundations of your leadership and, through reflective learning, more meaningfully impact your world through your God-given leadership calling.

Throughout the years of our existence, student volunteers have come from a variety of countries, including: Ghana, Lesotho, Malawi, the Netherlands, Senegal, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, the USA, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
