LXP Young Leaders (YL)
Junior Leaders High School Clubs
Adapted from LXP’s unique Servant Leadership Training curriculum, JrL prepares future leaders to explore their potential to create widespread change beginning in their schools and local communities. Team members practice leadership by engaging in social ventures in the Kouga Municipality, learning from interactions with prominent leaders in the Eastern Cape, building a network with other young leaders from around the region, and discovering the history, beauty and diversity of Africa.
