LXP’s Servant Leadership Training (SLT) is a 9-month (March – December) servant leadership development program involving hands-on ministry exposure. The foundation of SLT is deep discipleship, seeking to address the missing link between the profession of faith and the living out of faith in practical, daily life. The heart of the program is experiential learning and the nurturing of dreams and innovation.

The coaching and mentoring aspects of SLT are conducted not only in thought-provoking classroom teachings and discussions, but through various projects and ministries emphasizing practical service experience.
